Protection and security of personal data
Lasnamäe Centrum OÜ is required to protect the personal data and privacy of its customers and users. Our activities comply with all the relevant activities and the relevant legislation of the European Union and the laws of the Republic of Estonia, incl. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
Lasnamäe Centrum OÜ takes all precautions (including administrative, technical and physical) to protect the collected personal data. We collect and process:
1. personal data that can be directly or indirectly associated with a natural person, such as first name and surname, personal identification number, address, telephone number, postcode, email address. We collect and process personal data for the performance of contracts related to the person, for contacting the person, for sending information related to marketing activities or for fulfilling legal obligations.
If you consent to the processing of your personal data through the websites of the Lasnamäe Centrum shopping centre or other marketing activities, you agree that Lasnamäe Centrum OÜ may process your personal data for the following purposes:
- to send you offers, newsletters, catalogues and any other marketing information to keep you informed about the products, services and activities of Lasnamäe Centrum as well as the operations of Lasnamäe Centrum in general;

2. Non-personal data are data that cannot be directly associated with a specific person (age, gender and place of residence). Such data may include information about activity on the websites linked to Lasnamäe Centrum shopping centre (through cookies), which is collected for the purposes of web statistics and to provide a better service to our customers.

Data retention
Personal data are retained for up to seven (7) years after the last interaction with us due to the obligation to prove transactions arising from the Accounting Act. Interaction means, among others, responding to direct marketing by viewing or clicking on a link.
The non-personal technical data collected on websites and service environments are retained indefinitely.
Terms and conditions of and amendments to privacy policy
By using the webpages and/or service environments, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy and these terms and conditions. Lasnamäe Centrum OÜ reserves the right to change the terms of this Privacy policy by notifying customers on the website, by email or otherwise.
